Robert DeVincenzi,
President and Chief Executive Officer Robert DeVincenzi
is president and chief executive officer of LaserCard Corporation.
DeVincenzi’s career spans more than 25 years of senior management in the
high technology, secure networking and software industries. Most
recently, DeVincenzi was senior vice president of Corporate Development
for Solectron Corporation, a global contract manufacturing business.
Prior to Solectron, DeVincenzi was president and CEO of two successful
start-ups: Inkra Networks, a secure networking company, which was
acquired by Nortel, and Ignis Optics, a developer of precision optical
components, acquired by Bookham Technologies.
Previously,
DeVincenzi served as senior vice president of Ditech Communications and
vice president of Sales and Systems Engineering in government and
commercial markets at Bay Networks. Mr. DeVincenzi received his
bachelor's degree in business administration from
California
State
Polytechnic
University and holds a master’s degree in
organizational leadership from
Gonzaga
University.

Dr. Christopher Dyball, Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Christopher Dyball is chief operating officer of LaserCard Corporation. He joined the company in 1982 and has worked on all stages of development and production of the LaserCard® optical memory ID card, including card design, selection of materials, design of manufacturing processes and specification of equipment. Prior to LaserCard, he held a number of management positions at Diamond Shamrock Corporation, most recently serving as manager of research and development. Earlier in his career, he was with Pennwalt Corporation's Lucidol Division, as group leader in the applications department. In 1975 he received a Ph.D. in polymer science from
Lancaster
University following a BSc in 1972 from the National College of Rubber Technology,
London,
England. He holds multiple
U.S. patents and has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals.
From 1992 to 1996 Dr. Dyball chaired the ANSI NCITS B10 committee, which is responsible for the development of card-related standards. He also participates, as Document Editor, in ISO standards committee SC17/WG9, which prepared the current ISO/IEC 11694 series of standards for optical cards.

Steven G. Larson, Vice President Finance and Treasurer
Steven G Larson is vice president, finance and treasurer of LaserCard Corporation. Prior to joining LaserCard in 1983, Mr. Larson was controller of Precision Monolithics, Inc., in
Santa Clara,
California. He became LaserCard's corporate controller in 1984, treasurer in 1986 and vice president in 1987. He holds a degree in business administration/accounting from
Arizona
State
University.

Stephen Price-Francis, Vice President of Marketing
Stephen Price-Francis is vice president of marketing at LaserCard. Since joining LaserCard 1999, he has been directly involved in the development and implementation of some of the largest secure government ID card programs in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to LaserCard, Price-Francis was senior manager, business development for Canon Inc.’s Optical Memory Card business development activity in the
Americas. He was previously general manager and executive vice president of Optical Recording Corporation, a research and development company based in
Toronto,
Canada. Prior to this he spent 20 years in sales and marketing management with Olivetti in the
U.K.,
Italy and
Canada, where he was most recently vice president of sales.
Price-Francis is a founding director and past president of the Advanced Card Technology Association of Canada and has participated in the development of international standards for optical cards, biometrics and travel documents. He is the inventor of a patented identity verification process and is a regular contributor to industry conferences and publications.

Uwe Ludwig, Vice President of Sales, EMEA
Uwe Ludwig is vice president of sales, EMEA at LaserCard. Since joining LaserCard in 2004, he has been directly involved in the development and implementation of some of the largest secure government ID card programs in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In addition, he oversees sales and marketing of plastic cards, card printers and complete ID card solutions, as well as turnkey factory consulting.
Since 2000, Ludwig has also been managing director of Cards & More Plastikkarten GmbH, a German systems integrator and card distributor acquired in 2004 by LaserCard. He combines these roles with that of managing director of CCD Challenge Card Design GmbH, a German card manufacturer and consulting organization which was acquired by LaserCard in 2004.
Prior to Cards & More, Ludwig held international sales and marketing positions in card industry companies including Intraproc Industrieanlagen GmbH and Kanematsu GmbH.
Ludwig is a graduate in electronics, engineering and computer science of the Technical University of Wuppertal, Germany. He is a German delegate for WG9 for the German Institute of Standardisation (DIN).
Kevin A. McKenna, Vice President of Sales, Americas
Kevin McKenna
is Vice President of Sales, Americas at LaserCard. Kevin joins LaserCard with more than a decade of experience in the hardware, software and services markets, most recently as President and COO of Paraquis Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm. Previously, Kevin sold and implemented complex identity and information systems during his management roles at L-1 Identity Solutions, and IBM Global Services. He also served for seven years as an Aviation Officer in the US Army following his graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He holds an MS degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science & Technology.
Seok J. Ng, Vice President of North American Operations
Seok J. Ng
is Vice President of North American Operations for LaserCard. In this capacity she is responsible for manufacturing and quality for card and drive operations. Seok worked as Quality Director for the company before being appointed Senior Director of Operations in 2007. Prior to Lasercard, she was employed by Donnelly Corporation, a manufacturer of LCD coatings and automotive mirrors, in several senior operations and quality management roles in Michigan, Ireland and China. Seok holds an MBA degree from the University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
